The Application Process:

The following information is required to successfully complete the application process:

1. Please fill out the application completely

2. Your Social Security Number

3. Proof of Time in Business

- A business license or tax returns will easily verify how long your company has been operating

4. Business Ownership Documentation

- Ensures the proper people are signing the lease. Owners with more than 10% interest should be listed

5. Business Bank Information

6. Notification of any tax liens or judgments

7. Proof of Credit (trade References or other loans or leases)

- In loan amounts exceeding $75K you will simply need to show your ability to pay off previous loans

Closing on your Lease:

* Please be sure to read your lease documents thoroughly and call or email us with any questions.

* Proof of business insurance will be required (to cover the equipment being purchased)

* A photo copy of your Driver’s License

* Signatures on documents in black ink must match your name exactly as it appears on your driver’s license

* Ensure sufficient funds for the security deposit are in your business bank account. Bouncing a check will automatically voice the lease deal.
